But I am just in the funkiest funk ever this morning.

It started when I heard about Luciano Pavorotti's death.

I believe that there are people in this world who are candles and that they remind us constantly not of the hatred and ugliness in our humanity...but in our goodness, beauty, and love.

Luciano was one of those candles to me. Every time I hear Nessun Dorma I cry...perhaps the most beautiful sound my ears have ever heard.

Anyway...I know I'm being kinda pathetic. I just feel so damn sad.
